Volunteer Opportunities

Calling all Volunteers!

We are always looking for people who are willing to help.

With our new website we will launch the use of the "DIBS" feature where we will be able to post volunteer opportunities, and allow members to sign up tasks as small as an hour or two.

Please stay tuned.  In the meantime, check the box on the registration form, or send us a note that you are willing to help and what you would like to help with!

2013 NSA Committees

Volunteering builds community!  There is much work to be done, please consider joining one of these committees, which may meet on occasion, or simply offer whatever time you can share to one of the coordinators.  Please contact the Coordinator or any Board member for more information.

For 2013 we have formed the following committees.  We are working towards centralizing/sharing processes to improve efficiencies:

Responsible for forecasting uniform and equipment needs, distribution, pickup and inventory.

Fields Committee (Nate Adams Coordinator)

Referee Committee (Bob Williams Coordinator)

It is important that we ensure the highest quality experience for our referees, especially since many of them are our kids.   We will be implementing a new online scheduling system as well as the PACT program to assist us.

Jesse James Tournament Committee (Greg Wesling Coordinator)

Coordinator responsible for coordinating efforts of planning and executing the Tournament in June.  Coordinator will also serve as the liaison for other MYSA hosted events, i.e. Kohls Cup/TOPSoccer.
