NSA Team Manager Information
Welcome! The role of the Team Manager is critical to a positive experience for your team. The role of the coach is to teach the players in their soccer skills and direct them at practices and games. The team manager should provide administrative support for the coach and the team and ensure communication happens throughout the season.
On this page you will find various team manager resources available to you, including the Team Manager Handbook. We will continue to add to this resource page. If there are things you would like to share, information you feel is missing, please contact the Traveling Coordinators.

NSA Tournament Fee Policy and Reimbursement Instructions Posted!
Please refer to the Team Manager Page for an update on Tournament Allowances and the process for getting reimbursed. Here is a link to the Policy and Reimbursement Form.
Please consider registering for our own Jesse James Jamboree if you are U14 or under, note the registration fee is waived for NSA teams.
Please refer to best practices regarding Tournament Play for the various age levels as recommended by US Youth Soccer. Note limited tournament play is advised at the younger, developmental age levels. This information can be found beginning on page 11 of the Best Practices Document fround on the Coaches page, or via this link.

Tournament Fees
NSA provides an allowance for each team to cover the expense of registration fees for tournaments. The allowance effective for 2012 season is:
U9/U10 $350 U11/U12 $400 U13+ $500
Jesse James Jamboree: All eligible NSA U9 - U14 teams, are encouraged to participate in our own Tournament. Note NSA will cover the registration, this will not be included in your allowance above. Please register and select the pay later option.
Post Season Play: NSA will cover all registration and referee fees associated with post season play.

Roster Spreadsheets on Private Team Page
Our Registrar has put together Spreadsheets with the player detail information submitted during registration, used to register the players with the MYSA.
This spreadsheet is for you and your team to use as you see fit.
Note, if you open the spreadsheet and make changes to it, you will need to upload the revised copy to your Private Team Page. You can do this by entering Edit Mode, Click Edit on the Roster Spreadsheet Page Element, and upload the new Document (you can click on BROWSE, to locate the new version on your computer). Don't worry about the existing document reference, if you upload a new document, it will overwrite the one that is there.
