Historically we have had the following areas that need leadership: Traveling Program, Inhouse Program, Jesse James Tournament, Referees, Fields, FundRaising, Communications, Volunteers, and Uniforms and Equipment
Ideally in each of these areas, there should be a Coordinator to provide oversight for planning purposes, operations and structure volunteers or committee help as required. It will be up to the Coordinators to structure their respective committee members, centralizing/sharing processes, to improve efficiencies where possible.
