About the Academy

We created the Academy Program to better meet the needs of players in transition between our In House and Traveling Programs. This program is designed specifically to bridge this transition. Players at this age benefit most from opportunities that build their technical ability.

  • The Academy program is led by veteran coach Gabe Kortuem.
  • These sessions are designed to provide players with significant time with the ball, under the supervision of skilled coaches who are providing feedback and guidance in the moment on technical skills and team play.
  • Academy sessions will also be supplemented with scrimmages and or games with nearby community teams ("friendlies").
  • We offer two separate sessions each year: Spring/Summer and Fall.

Academy ages are U9 (birth year 2014) & U10 (birth year 2013) players. Players born in 2015 (U8) may choose to self select to participate in Academy soccer.  Note that soccer age groups change each fall.

Registration for Fall Academy is CLOSED

The fall 2022 academy season began in late August and concludes in early October. We meet on Monday and Thursday evenings at the Spring Creek Soccer Complex, with a final session held the first Saturday in October. There may be additional friendlies with other local communities or Soccer Saturdays added at a later date.  These "games" are optional but provide players game experience.
