The Manager Role
The role of the team manager is critical to a positive experience for the players. The coach's job is to teach the players soccer skills and direct them at practices and games. The manager provides administrative support and ensures communication happens throughout the season.
Manager duties may include:
- Collecting missing paperwork from players and families
- Sending regular communication via TeamSnap
- Updating the game schedule on TeamSnap
- Rescheduling games via the MYSA portal
- Organizing team events
