Director of Coaching
Director of Academy
Traveling teams are led by a paid head coach and one or more assistant coaches. Traveling coaches are required to have a U.S. Soccer Grassroots license pertinent to the level they will be coaching or higher, or a comparable level of training through the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). NSA covers the cost of either online or in-person Grassroots training taking place within the same year that reimbursement is requested. For parent-coaches in U14 and above, they are also required to have at least two years of prior competitive coaching experience. Coaches interested in a traveling team role should contact the Director of Coaching.
The Academy is coached by the Director of Academy and supported by assistant coaches. Parents interested in volunteering with the Academy program should reach out to the Director of Academy.
In-House teams are coached by parent volunteers. Training is provided by the association's coaching leadership staff. No soccer experience is required to become an In-House coach.
All coaches must complete a background check and safety training.
