Winter Training

About Winter Training

The Winter Training Program was established to help Traveling and Academy players continue to develop their soccer skills and connect with their teammates during the off-season. Players are generally separated by gender and grouped by age: 9-11, 12-14, and 15 and older. Final arrangements are determined based on registration. New this year: We hope to offer winter training for players as young as U6.

Player Safety During the Pandemic

The health and safety of our players, coaches and their families is important to us. We encourage all players to get vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect themselves and others, to reduce the need for quarantine in the event of a close contact exposure, and to decrease the likelihood of an interruption of our soccer season. During Winter Training, we also ask that players and families wear masks in high-traffic indoor areas, such as the lobby of the Dundas Dome, in times of high transmission of COVID-19 in the local community. Based on the advice of our consulting physician, players and coaches are not required to mask while inside the dome, but will be supported in doing so if they choose.
