Winter Training
The winter training program was established to help players continue to develop their soccer skills and connect with their teammates during the off-season. Players who participate in winter training get more touches on the ball and spend more time with their teammates, improving team chemistry and communication, and becoming better prepared for summer competition.
2026 WINTER TRAINING DETAILS (U11-U18) |
- 8 sessions, once per week on Sunday afternoons
- 90 minutes of training per session
- All sessions held at the Dundas Dome
- Fee: $160
This year, availability at the Dundas Dome is very limited due to increased use from non-local clubs. As a result, we’ll offer fewer—but longer—winter training sessions compared to prior years. We’ve also added team-specific dome training sessions to the beginning of our spring/summer traveling season in April for those who are registered for traveling.

- Jan. 11: 4-5:30 p.m.
- Jan. 25: 4-5:30 p.m.
- Feb. 1: 4-5:30 p.m.
- Feb. 8: 2-3:30 p.m. (Super Bowl Sunday)
- Feb. 15: 4-5:30 p.m.
- Feb. 22: 4-5:30 p.m.
- March 8: 4-5:30 p.m.
- March 22: 4-5:30 p.m.
Players born in 2016 or later should register for our winter futsal program.
